As Managing Director - Investments with the Caudron Megary Blackburn Wealth Management Group, Tristan Caudron brings extensive experience in long-term investment strategies, as well as specialized knowledge in comprehensive investment planning.

Tristan is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificant, and has also earned the designations of Accredited Asset Management Specialist, and a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, enabling him to provide a wide range of financial services and counsel to clients. He was recently named one of the Top 1200 Advisors in the country and one of the top 4 advisors in Virginia by Barron's America's Top 100 Advisors (2014-2021). Tristan is a Wells Fargo Advisors Premier Advisor (2006-2021), a distinction held by a select group of Financial Advisors within Wells Fargo Advisors as measured by completion of educational components, business production based on either of the past two years, and professionalism. Additional criteria, including length of service, may also be used to determine recipients. He is also a charter member of the firm’s Directors' Advisory Council and has been recognized as one of top advisors in the DC area by Washington Business Journal (2012-2013) and Washingtonian (2015-2021). A DC-area native, Tristan attended Georgetown University and earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and psychology and a master's in business administration. His background in behavioral finance helps him advise clients on making sound financial decisions by understanding the factors that influence investors.

Active in the community, Tristan currently serves or has served on many boards and committees, including the Carderock Springs Elementary School Educational Foundation, Commonwealth Academy, the Campagna Center, the Leadership Alexandria Program Committee, and the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce. Tristan is also a 2008 graduate of Leadership Alexandria. Tristan and his wife, Melanie have four wonderful children – Will, Ben, Ryan, and Emma, ages 11-18 – and he spends much of his free time having fun with his kids, coaching their sports teams, and playing tennis, platform tennis, skiing, and cycling.

Matt Megary

Matt Megary

    Matt Megary is a Managing Director–Investments of Caudron Megary Blackburn Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors. With more than 25 years of financial investment experience, Matt advises clients on strategies designed to grow and preserve their assets through investment planning and personalized investment management.

    He received his BA in Economics from Rutgers University, where he also served as Team Captain of the Men’s Cross-Country and Track and Field teams. In addition, he received his MBA with a concentration in Finance from The Johns Hopkins University.

    Before joining Wells Fargo Advisors, Matt was the Director and Regional Executive of Deutsche Bank's Washington, DC region. He was responsible for the region's regulatory supervision as well as its financial success. Prior to taking over Regional Management responsibilities, Matt headed various Product and Services groups at Deutsche Bank including Investment Analytics, Mutual Funds and Retirement Plan Services. In addition, he served on Deutsche Bank's Global Third Party Investment Committee and Recommended Mutual Funds Committee.

    Matt and his wife, Betsy live in Potomac, MD, where they are active in the community and busy keeping up with their two sets of twins, Emma and Jackson and Kate and Tess. In his spare time, Matt enjoys running, cycling, and triathlons.
    Laurie Blackburn

    With over twenty years of experience in the practice of investment, and retirement planning, Laurie Blackburn focuses her practice on helping individuals and businesses develop, implement and evaluate individual investment plans. She also advises local foundations and endowments on the management of their investment assets. Although she is not currently a practicing attorney, her legal background and training give her an ability to identify highly specialized issues of concern.

    Originally from Kansas, Laurie received both her Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees at the University of Kansas. She practiced law for six years before moving to Alexandria in 1995, and transitioning into the financial services industry.

    Laurie earned the CFP® (Certified Financial Planner™) certification by completing an approved educational program, passing a rigorous examination and meeting stringent experience requirements. She also is a CDFA® professional (Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®), indicating her expertise in advising on the financial issues around divorce.

    Laurie’s extensive community involvement includes board chair for Senior Services of Alexandria, and current service on the boards of the Goodwin House Foundation, Westminster Presbyterian Church Foundation, and the At Home in Alexandria Advisory Council. Past service includes the boards of Volunteer Alexandria, Alexandria Economic Development Partnership, United Community Ministries, and Washington Area Women's Foundation Finance Committee. She also participated in Leadership Alexandria.

    Laurie lives in the Mount Vernon area of Fairfax County with her family.

    Ivana started her career as intern for the Caudron Megary Blackburn Wealth Management Group while she was in college and rejoined the team in 2017 as a Financial Advisor. Ivana is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a BA in Economics. After graduating from UVA, she worked as a federal consultant with Accenture, where she developed an enthusiasm for promoting financial literacy through her work in the student loan industry. 

    Ivana earned the Certified Financial Planner™ certification by completing a comprehensive educational program, passing a rigorous examination, and meeting experience requirements. She follows a collaborative planning approach with her clients, advising them on how to achieve their short-term and long-term financial goals. Ivana is passionate about helping clients create and maintain a life of financial well-being.

    Ivana and her husband, Sean, have an energetic rescue dog and are expecting their first child Spring of 2021. Ivana enjoys hiking, running, cooking, and spending time with her family.

      Lori Polonsky has worked in the financial-services industry for 30 years and has been associated with the team since 1997. She began her career in 1991 as an administrative associate at StockCross, Inc., in Boston. She later served at Davenport & Co., and A.G. Edwards & Sons, before joining the predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors. Lori has been named a Distinguished Service Professional (2013-2021)* from Wells Fargo Advisors, based on exemplary service and professionalism to clients, advisors, branches and the firm.  Lori earned a bachelor’s degree in management from Suffolk University, and she holds Series 7, 9, 10, 63 and 66 registrations. In her spare time she enjoys outdoor activities including cycling, running and hiking and also going on active vacations.

        Jessica Jackson brings over 20 years of financial services experience to the Caudron Megary Blackburn Wealth Management Group. She joined Wells Fargo Advisors in 1998, after completing a college internship with the firm. Prior to joining the Caudron Megary Blackburn Wealth Management Group, she served as a registered account associate at UBS and RBC Dain Rauscher. Jessica has been named a Distinguished Service Professional (2013-2021)* from Wells Fargo Advisors, based on exemplary service and professionalism to clients, advisors, branches and the firm. Jessica is a graduate of Richard Stockton College in Pomona, New Jersey, with a bachelor’s degree in finance. She maintains her Series 7. 63, and 66 securities registrations. Jessica has two children, Marley (13) and Chase (11). In her spare time – although there isn’t much – she runs the kids to all of their sporting events.

          Chalee Ricciardi is a Senior Registered Client Associate that brings over 30 years of experience in the financial-services industry. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute where she met her husband, William Ricciardi III. Chalee started her career in 1991 with Wheat First Securities in Alexandria, Virginia. She then joined A.G. Edwards & Sons, another predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors. She holds Series 7, 63 and 66 securities registrations. When she is not working or commuting she is raising two boys, Joshua and Benjamin. In her spare time she enjoys photography, power walking and watching old movies with her family.

            Melissa Rush has over 10 years of experience in the financial-service industry. Before joining the Caudron Megary Blackburn Wealth Management Group, she worked in the Washington, DC office of Wells Fargo Advisors, serving as the primary operations contact for clients. Melissa is frequently awarded firm-driven service achievements. Melissa is from South Africa and now lives in Alexandria with her husband Scott and son, Connor. In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors, archery and family travel.

              Lichelle Yalung began her career with Wachovia Securities, one of the predecessor firms to Wells Fargo Advisors, in 2000. Lichelle is responsible for creating and implementing all team events and seminars, as well as all administrative, operational and service-related matters for the team. Lichelle attended Marymount University where she studied Business Administration. Lichelle lives in Maryland with her husband Raymond and three children – Aaron, Alyssa, and Aldrick. In her spare time she enjoys spending quality time with her family, attending her children's activities, and going to the gym with her husband.
